1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the dbx77 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, the "Agreement").
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the dbx77 Platform and must not create or continue to maintain an Account.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dbx77. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (as described in Section 16) constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall govern.
3 Eligibility & Age Verification
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Access to dbx77's real-money gaming services is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility
The dbx77 Platform is operated and licensed for use within the Philippines. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform and that online gambling is legal in your specific location within the Philippines.
Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines, or from any Prohibited Jurisdiction, do so in violation of these Terms. dbx77 reserves the right to close any Account determined to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
3.3 Verification Procedures
dbx77 reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify a Player's age and identity. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, SSS or GSIS ID, UMID, and PRC ID. Refusal to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.
3.4 Restrictions
- Employees, officers, directors, and agents of dbx77, and immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold a Player Account.
- Individuals who have self-excluded from the dbx77 Platform are not permitted to open a new Account during the self-exclusion period.
- Individuals legally prohibited from engaging in online gambling under any applicable law are not eligible to use the Platform.
4 Account Registration
4.1 One Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the dbx77 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through proxies — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in such Accounts may be confiscated.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. Information provided at registration must match your government-issued identification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
4.3 Account Approval
dbx77 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or decline any registration application. dbx77 is not obligated to provide reasons for declining a registration application. By submitting a registration, you acknowledge and accept this right.
4.4 Non-Transferability
Your dbx77 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, pledged, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to use your Account, including to place wagers on your behalf. Any transfer of Account access to a third party constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. dbx77 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure.
You agree to notify dbx77 immediately — via live chat or email at [email protected] — upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. dbx77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
dbx77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from dbx77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
All transactions conducted through your Account after a valid login are presumed to have been made by you. dbx77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from Account access using your valid login credentials, except where such access is directly attributable to dbx77's own negligence or system failure.
6 Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
dbx77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, Mastercard, and other payment providers as may be added or removed from the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).
6.2 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Player VIP tier, as published on the Platform.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of any applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–60 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. dbx77 does not guarantee specific processing times, which are subject to payment provider timelines.
6.4 Anti-Money Laundering
dbx77 is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR requirements. dbx77 may, without prior notice, suspend, delay, or cancel any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction is related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. In such cases, dbx77 may be required to report such activity to PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine government authorities.
Funds deposited to your dbx77 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
6.5 Responsible Withdrawals
dbx77 will only process withdrawals to payment instruments registered in the same name as the Account holder. Withdrawals cannot be processed to accounts belonging to third parties.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered on the dbx77 Platform are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they and any associated winnings can be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
dbx77 maintains the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once
- Using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., hedging strategies across eligible and ineligible games)
- Collusion with other Players to exploit bonus structures
- Providing false information to qualify for a promotion
7.4 Eligibility
dbx77 reserves the right to limit or exclude Players from specific promotions at its sole discretion. Promotions may be limited to new Players, Players in specific VIP tiers, or Players who meet other eligibility criteria as stated in each promotion's terms.
8 Gameplay & Wagering Rules
8.1 Game Rules
Each game available on the dbx77 Platform — including slots, live casino table games, sports betting, e-sabong, and bingo — is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface or the Platform's help section. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
8.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or any technical fault that affects the outcome or payout of a game round, dbx77 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to Players' Wallets. No game payout resulting from a malfunction shall be considered valid. dbx77 will endeavor to resolve such situations fairly and in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
8.3 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet sizes are as displayed within each game on the Platform. dbx77 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time with or without prior notice. Players may also be subject to individual betting limits where dbx77 has determined that Player conduct warrants such restrictions.
8.4 Finality of Results
Game results as recorded by dbx77's gaming server logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, the server log will be treated as conclusive evidence.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbx77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point, including during identity or age verification.
- Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
- Unauthorized Automation: Using bots, automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated systems to interact with the Platform or its games.
- Collusion: Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and sports betting.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or data in any unauthorized manner.
- VPN and Proxy Use: Using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other method to obscure your geographic location or to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of crime.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in respect of legitimate deposits.
10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the dbx77 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, and user interface designs — is the proprietary property of dbx77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine intellectual property legislation.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dbx77.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dbx77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Platform unavailability, downtime, or technical errors
- Third-party payment processing delays or failures
- Unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
- Any act or omission of a third-party game provider
dbx77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱10,000.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dbx77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by dbx77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13 Account Suspension & Closure
13.1 Closure by Player
You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting dbx77 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon verification of your identity, dbx77 will close your Account and process withdrawal of any remaining real-money Wallet balance within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification and AML checks.
13.2 Suspension or Closure by dbx77
dbx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, including engaging in any prohibited conduct described in Section 9. In such cases, dbx77 may withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation.
13.3 Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure: (a) your access to the Platform will be terminated; (b) any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited; (c) any real-money Wallet balance to which you are entitled will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any applicable withholding for outstanding liabilities or ongoing investigations.
14 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising between you and dbx77 regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other matter related to your use of the Platform, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email. dbx77 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If you are not satisfied with dbx77's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for Philippine online gaming. dbx77 fully cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.
For game-related disputes, the dbx77 gaming server log constitutes the authoritative record of all game events and outcomes. External records, including screenshots or video captures, will not be considered definitively over server logs.
15 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dbx77 Platform.
The operation of the dbx77 Platform is subject to PAGCOR's licensing requirements and all applicable Philippine statutes and regulations relating to online gaming, including Republic Act No. 9487 and all related PAGCOR circulars and directives.
16 Amendments to These Terms
dbx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dbx77 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the Platform or by email to your registered address, where practicable.
Your continued use of the dbx77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on the dbx77 Platform at dbx77.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
